He said he wanted to learn - so I suggested learning the right way.
That's good, I never saw the Decrapifier before. When I do recoveries
for people, I usually pick thru each of those stupid things to get rid
of them.
Interesting you mention that, I have an issue with my TV that has

place to start and good for the novice. The problem with the tm and
the process list is that not all of the running processes are easily

I disagree that add/remove is the best way to check. Fire up the task
manager and look at each running process. And run msconfig to see
what crap is running at startup.
And if he reinstalled windows from a manufacturer's (HP, Dell, etc)
recovery discs, it's very possible there may be a crippled or trial

Call it something like "before new av software" or something. If

checking in the control panel... windows security says windows found
no anti-virus software running on my computer also said windows
defender is actively protecting my computer ... does windows defender
need to be turned off befor installing mcafee .. thanks again ... i
should be paying u
